WARRANTY, SHIPPING & RETURNS

Warranty

 Plugged Solar warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period, subject to the exclusions as narrated in this document. This warranty statement is total and exclusive warranty obligation.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The warranty period for its solar power products (off-grid and grid-tie kits) is Five (5) years. All other products have warranty of One (1) year. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.

In addition to Plugged Solar warranty, there is warranties given by the solar panel manufacturer and grid tie inverter manufacturer. Solar Panel manufacture has limited performance warranty of 25 years and grid tie inverter manufacture has warranty of at least 5 years. The precise terms and conditions of each warranty as set forth by each manufacturer can be obtained by Owner from the manufacturer’s website or contact.

The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period. 

REMEDY

Plugged Solar will repair or replace any of its products that fail to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material.

EXCLUSIONS

Plugged Solar warranty does not apply to any product that is misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use.
 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Typical shipping period is two weeks. Currently, industrywide supply-chain distributions may cause shipping to take four weeks. Your cooperation is highly appreciated!

30 DAY RETURN POLICY- NO QUESTION ASKED

Plugged Solar will provide the full refund. The product should be returned in original condition to Plugged Solar. The return takes about 10 days to process.
